You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Philippine contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, 8game requires successful completion of identity verification (KYC). Accepted documents include:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 8game will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security. You must notify 8game immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized account access.
4.5 Account Suspension. 8game reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time pending identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or rule violations, or upon request from PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 8game accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, USDT (TRC20), Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven. Available methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya transactions. Minimum amounts for bank transfers may vary by institution.
5.3 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your 8game account are from a legitimate source and are entirely your own. 8game strictly prohibits depositing funds obtained through illegal means, third-party payment arrangements, or credit taken out for the purpose of gambling.
5.4 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your 8game account balance immediately upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits credit within 5–30 minutes during standard banking hours. 8game is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on the 8game Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency payment options.
6.1 Verification Prerequisite. Withdrawals will not be processed until an account has completed KYC verification. This is a regulatory requirement under 8game's PAGCOR license and cannot be waived.
6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. 8game reserves the right to require withdrawal via bank transfer for large amounts as an additional fraud-prevention measure.
6.3 Processing Times. Standard e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are processed within 5–30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business hours. 8game does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard amounts, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply fees independently.
6.4 Bonus Wagering. Any Bonus Balance must satisfy applicable wagering requirements in full before the associated winnings can be converted to Real Money Balance and become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
6.5 Withdrawal Limits. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. Specific limits are communicated within the account cashier section. Higher limits may be approved for verified VIP accounts upon request and review.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 8game are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts. These specific terms form part of these Terms and Conditions.
7.2 Welcome Bonus. The 8game welcome bonus is available to new accounts on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device, and per shared IP address. Existing players may not create new accounts to claim welcome bonus offers.
7.3 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before withdrawal. Bets on excluded game categories do not count toward wagering requirements. 8game publishes applicable wagering multipliers on each promotion's detail page.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. 8game reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void associated winnings where it reasonably determines that bonus abuse has occurred. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure; coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms.
7.5 Amendment or Cancellation. 8game reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion, bonus, or promotional program at any time without prior notice, provided that existing Bonus Balances with ongoing wagering will not be voided retroactively without reasonable cause.
8.1 RNG Certification. All non-live games on the 8game Platform (slots, instant games, RNG table games) use Random Number Generator (RNG) software certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
8.2 Live Casino. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers operating in real time. The results of live dealer games are governed by the physical outcome of the dealing action (card dealing, roulette spin, dice roll) as recorded by studio cameras and are final.
8.3 Bet Finality. Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the 8game system, it cannot be altered, cancelled, or refunded except where a technical malfunction voids the round, as determined at 8game's sole discretion.
8.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system fault, or network interruption during an active game round, 8game reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wager amount to the Player's account balance. 8.5 Maximum Payout. Individual game sessions are subject to maximum single-win payout limits set by 8game and its game providers. Maximum payout limits are displayed within each game's information panel. Any winnings exceeding the applicable limit may be reduced to the maximum without prior notice.

13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from technical malfunctions, delayed payouts, third-party service failures, or internet connectivity issues.
13.3 8game's total aggregate liability to any single Player in respect of any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player during the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable Philippine law.
14.1 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your 8game account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining verified Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Balances not meeting wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days.

15.1 Internal Resolution. 15.2 PAGCOR Escalation. Where a dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through 8game's internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority overseeing 8game's license. PAGCOR's decision on matters within its regulatory jurisdiction shall be binding on 8game.
15.3 Game Round Disputes. Disputes regarding individual game round outcomes must be submitted within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. 8game will review server-side game logs to determine the outcome. Game provider records take precedence over client-side displays in the event of discrepancy.
8game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their 8game account at least fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where an immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR regulatory direction or applicable law.
The current version of these Terms is always available on this page with the effective date clearly displayed at the top. Continued use of the 8game Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to:
